Rent an apt for a weekend and go across the street diving
Bauman Apts Empty Lot. You need permission to use this lot.
There's a shower at the end of the lot near the water and a path going to the ocean.
The distance from the end of the path to the water to the Urca anchor is about 1400 ft.

Shows the position of the Urca [ Red ] compared to the Condo on the beach.
From an ocean view, the Urca is about 100 ft SOUTH of the 1st condo north of Bauman.

Note: This pic is NORTH UP. When your out in the ocean, your looking up the coastline which is NOT NORTH UP
So, the 4 cannon seem to be directly east of the anchor from an ocean point of view.
