Description: Was very very scared jumping off boat. Descended very well with no problems clearing ears. Very beautiful, very colorful. I felt as though I was swimming around in the middle of an aquarium. First Ocean Dive and I saw a Nurse Shark (wasn't scared at all by it). Saw so many tropical fish; parrotfish, angelfish, trumpet fish, spotted moray, green moray and lots and lots of beautiful coral. Again Rick & Vick and of course The Irishman were right there with me.

Dive #2: Sunday, 03-Sept-2000, Late Morning Dive. My Dive #4
A. Dive Boat / Location: Conch Republic - Tavanier in the Keys / Hens and Chicken
B. Conditions:
Visibility:
Seas:
Water Temp: 85 deg
Skies:
Air Temp: 80 - 90's
C. Dive Information:
Depth & Time: SL: 27 ft for 43 min
Air consumption: SL: lbs (63 cu ft) 3200 lbs to 1200 lbs

Description: Very beautiful dive, again was a little hesitate about jumping off that boat. Didn't have to do any skills on this dive. We all just swam around enjoying the view of all the tropical fish. Rick pointed out the Christmas Trees (tube worms) they were neat how they would disappear when you would almost touch them and after a few seconds would come backout. Saw (grunts) protecting their eggs (called a little nursery), a trumpet fish and again SHARK (Nurse Sharks that is). Saw a small ship, the dive master said the story was, that it was hauling poultry, so they call it the Poultry Ship (neat).
